Speaker: Judith Sugg

This program offers experiences of mindfulness and an explanation of why it can truly shift our life and work. It is a key ingredient in managing stress and conflict both in our personal lives and professional settings.

What do we mean by mindfulness? What are the benefits to bringing this awareness into our lives? Both traditional approaches to mindfulness and the research developed in the last 30 years will be incorporated into this program. The program is a combination of experiential exercises, presentation, and discussion. Judith Sugg has practiced and taught mindful techniques for 30 years. She is a business consultant and licensed counselor.

Cosponsored by Portland Community College, Brown Bag Lunch and Learn programs help you develop and increase your professional skills.
